We had the pleasure of attending your concert at Oakamoor church and what a fantastic evening of band music you gave us. Been to listen to a few bands at Buxton Opera House in the last few years and you are as good as most of the big names, think your new conductor put the icing on the cake.. Brilliant Thanks DBMAB

I recently heard that typing your own name into Google can give some amazing results. Well it certainly brought back some great memories as Ashbourne Town Band appeared. Seeing the photos of the band at the centenery concert reminded me of many rehersals trying to get my fingers around the 'Centenery March'! Its fantastic to see the band is still going strong and raising money for worthy charities around the country. I'm now living in Bristol and still playing regularly with a seven piece Soul Band. Playing an instrument is now part of my life. Good luck to you all, especially all the young learners, trust me its worth all the hard work. (duncan.venison@bristol.gov.uk)
